We want you to love your fidget products! Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of 3D printed items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund in eligible cases. Please note that color differences, slight imperfections, or texture variation due to the 3D printing process are not considered defects.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, as each item is custom 3D printed. Once printed and packed, orders typically ship via USPS or another reliable carrier and arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your info before finalizing your order!
